I have a new barista, I can't see the account and they can't log in!

This means their account did not complete when they signed up. There are multiple reasons for this:
- Their internet went out mid sign up
- They used the same username as their customer account or another account in the system
- Their card was declined
- They started the process, then walked away intending to finish later
- There could be another technology or internet issue happening during the sign up process
To fix this situation, have the new barista submit a ticket within this ticketing system so we can get this corrected and fixed! They will need to include their full name, email address they signed up with and if they know it, their barista ID.
