It’s fun to see how your entire organization is doing, but this TGV means nothing for ranking or maintaining.Let’s go down the compensation dashboard:
Rank: Highest Rank Achieved
Pay Rank: Current Rank paid at
Level 0-1 Volume: Your PV and the PV of your personally sponsored Baristas.
Active Recruits: Your personally sponsored active baristas
JG Enrollees: How many Java Gourmets on your team.
Level 0-2 Volume: Your PV and the PV of your personally sponsored Barista AND their directs (who are your second levels).
Level 0-3 Volume: Your PV and the PV of your personally sponsored Barista AND their directs (who are your second levels) AND the directs of the second level – which are your third line.
Active Level Team (1-2 and 1-3): These are the active baristas in each level 1, 2, and/or 3 for maintaining or achieving a rank
JG Level 3 – This is how many Java Gourmets you have on your third level. A Roaster Qualification. If this does not show up, you have 0.
JL Level 1-2: How many Java Leaders are on your Level One and Two. That’s personally sponsored or someone you sponsored – their direct.
