If you lost a gift card that you purchased, you will need to log into your customer account and scroll down until you see the order that you purchased the gift card on. Click on 'Status' under the TRACKING column and it will bring up a page with your order details. Click on Resend email to have your gift card code re-sent to you.

If the card was gifted to you, you will need the person that purchased the gift card to follow the above instructions.
