If you have placed on order and you want to check its status, you can view this in your customer account portal.
Step 1 - Log into your account and scroll down until you see a list of the orders you have placed
Step 2 - Find the order, and click on 'Status' under the TRACKING column
Step 3 - You will see a screen with all of the order details, including a tracking number and details
