Java Momma Guarantees Customer Satisfaction
If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact your Barista/Ambassador or visit our support page HERE. Discounted items are not refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable. Discounted items, Hostess items, Mystery Boxes, Specials/Discounts are a Final Sale.
The Company offers a 100% refund of the product total to customers who are unhappy with applicable products when the following guidelines are met:
- Contact support@javamomma.com within 15 days of delivery.
- Any unopened product must be returned and received by Java Momma within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. (Java Momma, Inc. 1426 Ferry Street Danville, PA 17821)
- Upon receipt of the returned product, customer will be issued a credit/exchange.
- Replacement products will be shipped once the original product has been received and inspected. Used/opened product must have at least 80% of the product remaining in the bag to be refundable or replaceable. For example, half pound bags must contain at least 6 oz. Returned mugs/product must be in resalable condition.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and will be charged accordingly.
- All returned products will be inspected for damage and charges will be assessed before a new product is shipped or refund issued.
Java Momma is not responsible for damage during shipping of returns. In the event a returned item is rejected, Java Momma will not return item/s to customer unless postage is provided by the customer.
In the event a customer receives damaged products, email your Barista/Ambassador or support@javamomma.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. Failure to email within this time frame will void any claim. Please include images of damaged items, paper invoice delivered with order and order number.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a product is defective or damaged, Java Momma will either send a new one, send a product of equal value, or issue a partial/full refund.
