Take several pictures of the box from different angles.
Take a picture of the open box with the items inside.
Take pictures of all the items and the packaging as it was received.
Take individual pictures of the item(s) that were damaged upon receipt.
Submit a ticket with your order number and these photos attached so we can determine the next steps!
