Please take pictures listed below and submit a ticket to support@javamomma.com. Be sure to include your order number, along with which item(s) you are missing.

  •  All the items and packaging as it was received
  • Box open with items inside
  • Outside of packaging from all angles if damaged
  • Paper invoice that was delivered with order


Support ticket letting us know of missing items must be sent within 15 days of receiving your order.
