Take several pictures of the box from different angles.
Take a picture of the open box with the items inside.
Take pictures of all the items and the packaging as it was received.
Take individual pictures of the item(s) that were damaged upon receipt.
Submit a ticket letting us know of missing items within 15 days of receiving the package.
