  • When you enter in a ticket, please include your full name, order number, barista ID and any other information that could help us research your question. This allows us to begin finding the answers faster and help get it resolved!
  • Watch for emails from the support system -- you will receive one each time we update the ticket.
  • You can set up an account where you can track the status of your ticket.
  • Our support team works Monday-Friday, which means weekend tickets will be responded to in the order they were received.
