- Review the Knowledge Base, many of the questions we receive are answered in there!
- When you enter in a ticket, please include your full name, order number, email address and any other information that could help us research your question. Including pictures of invoice, items received, Barista/Ambassador's name, etc. This allows us to begin finding the answers faster and help get it resolved in a timely manner!
- Watch for emails from the support system -- you will receive one each time we update the ticket.
- You can set up an account where you can track the status of your ticket.
- Our support team works Monday-Friday, excluding all major holidays. Tickets received over the weekend will be responded to in the order they were received.
